New scientific article published by Patricia Jové of the Fundació Institut Català del Suroin which our Director of Sustainability and Innovation, Raquel de Nadal, participates as a co-author.

The article has been published in the scientific journalJournal of Mass Spectrometry and deals with the development and optimization of a quantitative analysis that allows determining the 10 critical aromas that can affect the final bouquet of wine in the winery.

The analysis is carried out using mass spectrometry and gas chromatography.
The objective of this analysis is to simplify quality controls in the wineries.
