We launch the Customer Service department 

A bridge between you and J·Vigas

One of the novelties for 2020 is the creation of a new Customer Service Department (SAC).

The new generation, with Raul Vigas at the helm of the company and his brother Enric as his right hand, has a customer centric vision, putting the customer at the center of the organization.

With this vision, the new SAC department has been created. SAC will have direct contact with the client to solve and clarify all doubts and demands beyond purely commercial relationships.

The director of this new department is Teresa Darnaculleta, oenologist and director of the Technical Department at J·VIGAS for many years. Besides, she has been in the Commercial Department for a long time so she has a complete view of the entire organization.

In this way, this department, formed by people with a long history in sales and quality control, is a direct link between the technical department and the client, satisfying their technical and commercial concerns or product preferences.

The mission of this new department is to become your ally throughout the bottling process, speeding up and facilitating communication on everything you may need and being at your side at all times.
