We welcome one of our most special clients to our headquarters
One of the things we like the most about our work is visiting our clients and receiving them at our headquarters.
After this year and a half of the pandemic, without being able to receive visitors, Vega Sicilia has been the first in all this time, and we could not be happier. At the end of the day, it’s one of our most special clients, with whom we are united by more than 27 years of commercial relationship, and of trust.
We take advantage of the fact that it is the time of cork harvest to see a live harvest, from the hand of Eloi Madrià, one of the expert ‘peladors’ in the area. It was a day in the fields and woods at Finca Fitor, in which his owner, Joan Botey, served as an excellent host with his charming family.
Another of the visits we organized was to Vins i Licors Grau, one of the largest wine bars in the world, which is also right in front of our Production Unit, on the outskirts of Palafrugell.
Raquel de Nadal, our Director of Sustainability and Innovation, prepared a technical tasting during the visit to our headquarters, using our new chromatograph to perform the analyzes in less than 15 minutes.
