An intimate gathering to share, listen, and reflect

On Thursday, November 6, we celebrated in Briones, La Rioja, Without Filters, a very special event organized by J·Vigas for a small group of winemakers and wine professionals.

Designed as an intimate and unpretentious space, Without Filters was created to offer a different setting: a place to meet, exchange ideas, and reflect calmly, away from conventional formats and rigid speeches. A format aligned with our understanding of excellence, based on precision, sensitivity, and respect for the craft.

The day began with a welcome from Enric Vigas, who highlighted the importance of creating honest dialogue spaces between wineries and cork producers, and of maintaining close, direct relationships based on trust.

During the gathering, Raquel de Nadal, J·Vigas’ Director of Sustainability and Innovation, and Raul Vigas, the company’s CEO, shared two complementary perspectives: one technical and one personal. These two approaches to the present and future of the sector enriched each other and led to an open and participatory conversation.

The program also included a sensory tasting in small groups, designed to observe, compare, and reflect based on direct perception, as well as a more relaxed closing with a cocktail accompanied by selected French wines and seasonal cuisine from Restaurant Allegar. A moment to extend conversations without hurry and continue sharing impressions.

As a memento of the day, attendees received a limited edition photograph, a symbolic gesture capturing the spirit of the gathering: taking home something that endures beyond the moment.

With Without Filters, J·Vigas reaffirms its commitment to a way of working based on authenticity, research, and sustainability, prioritizing direct dialogue with the sector and gatherings that value the quality of conversation above the noise.
