Les essais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments apr\u00e8s la mise en bouteille : trois mois, six mois et un an.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5190\" data-end=\"5548\">Comme l\u2019explique Ra\u00fal Vigas : <strong>\u00ab Lorsque l\u2019on isole le facteur fermeture et que l\u2019on maintient constantes toutes les autres variables, l\u2019impact sur l\u2019\u00e9volution du vin devient extraordinairement \u00e9vident.
