RESEARCH PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n One of the eleven primary projects will investigate the improvement of cork as an oenological tool<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”0px|||||” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ _module_preset=”default” header_2_font=”|||||on|||” header_3_font_size=”16px” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n J\u00b7Vigas will participate in the Spanish wine tractor project, presented by a consortium coordinated by the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV<\/b>), Innsomnia Accelerator, and the consulting firm Deloitte, which has been awarded within the help lines of the PERTE<\/b> Agri-food within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan ( Next Generation fonds<\/b>).<\/p>\n The project, with an estimated investment of 16 million euros, consists of eleven primary projects comprised in the 3 blocks included in the PERTE order: competitiveness (digitalization), sustainability and traceability.<\/b><\/p>\n One of the primary projects will cover the research and development of new materials for the improvement of cork as an oenological tool.<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThis project is a milestone for our company<\/strong>, since we firmly believe in the importance of collaboration between the wine sector and the cork sector<\/strong> to improve and innovate together,\u201d comments Ra\u00fcl Vigas<\/strong>, CEO of J\u00b7Vigas.<\/span> \u201cFrom the J\u00b7Vigas R&D department we work hand in hand with wineries<\/strong> to respond to their needs.
