The tests were carried out at different stages after bottling: three months, six months and one year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13011\" data-end=\"13306\">As Ra\u00fal Vigas explains: <strong>\u201cWhen we isolate the closure factor and keep all other variables constant, the impact on the wine\u2019s evolution becomes extraordinarily evident. These are nuances that are often not perceived in the short term, but emerge clearly as the wine begins to develop in bottle.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"13308\" data-end=\"13670\">During the sessions, participating winemakers observed that samples sealed with natural cork showed a more complex and harmonious evolution in the glass, with greater aromatic depth and a sense of progressive development.
